Ubisoft to develop King Kong video game
The Big Ape swings into the world of entertainment next year, with a bit of help from Ubisoft and Peter Jackson.

Ubisoft has announced plans to develop a video game adaption of Peter Jacksons upcoming motion picture, King Kong, scheduled to release in conjunction with the films holiday 2005 release. Peter Jackson, who masterfully delivered an epic cinematic vision to The Lord of the Rings films will be working closely with Ubisoft and Wingnut Films, recently known for their creative work on Beyond Good & Evil.
Serge Hascoet, Executive Director, Worldwide Content Strategy for Ubisoft stated: "Through this creative association, Ubisoft shows its growing dedication to bringing intense emotions inspired by the movie industry to interactive games. In the King Kong game, players will be able to experience all the power, drama and emotion of the film thanks to the interactive possibilities provided by the game."
