After four months, Nokias Anyone Anywhere N-Gage Truck has been touring cities across America to spotlight the N-Gage QD, the latest mobile phone/gamedeck from Nokia. The tour offered gamers the opportunity to compete head-to-head against each other in Nokias Ultimate N-Gage Challenge. Today, Nokia announced the championship goes to James Malone, 17, a high-school student from Crown Point Indiana whose now $2,500 richer.
On October 16th James met with 13 other local winners in Half Moon Bay, California to participate in the final showdown of the Anyone Anywhere tour. James competed against other tournament winners in Ashen, an exclusive first person shooter game developed for N-Gage.
Excited about his victory, Malone declared the Nokia event the bomb and plans on using his winnings to "buy more Nokia N-Gage games and a new car." More details about the tour can be found at www.n-gage.com/tour and the official N-Gage Ultimate Challenge page.
