Microsoft announces MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf Limited Edition
More goodies are flowing from the vault of Microsoft.

Following Halo 2's lead, gamers looking to get the biggest bang for their buck this Christmas are going to get that and more, as Microsoft announced a limited edition of MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf. This special edition will include two exclusive maps and a "making of " video feature showcasing interviews with Day 1 Studios and behind-the-scenes footage of the game's development. Both the standard and limited editions of the game will be available in North America on December 28, 2004 for an estimated retail price of $49.99 (U.S.), but the LE will obviously be a rarity.

No word if Microsoft will match Konami vis a vis with their own build-it-yourself paper mech.
