JAKKS Pacific will be joining the TV Games plug-and-play controller craze, with its own brand of WWE branded games built into a single controller.
According to the announcement, the WWE TV Games will be based around the top WWE Superstars from the past and present. In similar fashion to other controller-branded "platforms", the TV Games are battery-operated and can be hooked up to any standard television set using the supplied A/V cables. The technology offers casual gamers a relatively inexpensive alternative to play with their favorite wrestlers in one single purchase.
The product is scheduled to go on ship to retailers sometime next year and is expected to be sold around approximately $20.
