Xzibit and Jeremy Shockey appointed as NFL Street cover stars
EA signs on a unique dynamic duo to grace its upcoming NFL Street sequel.

New York Giants tight-end Jeremy Shockey and hip-hop artist Xzibit (pronounced "ex-hi-bit") will share the cover of NFL Street 2, announced today by Electronic Arts.

He who owns the walls, will own the city...

EA promises to offer sports fans and newcomers alike a "whole new dimension to gameplay" complete with more dynamic moves and high-flying football antics. For example, receivers will now be able to run off the walls, change passing lanes by running the QB up a building, and take advantage of eye-popping wall jukes and all-new hurdles. Ultimately, mastering these new moves will make you a dominant force agains the competition. In additition, gamers will also be introduced to several new Bacy City 10 environments to construct their, street cred, and gradually expand their battle plans and dominate one field at a time. Coventional football was never this much fun.

NFL Street 2 is being developed by EA Tiburon and schedule to ship to retail on December 26.
