Diehard fans waited in line -- some over 15 hours -- to be the first to purchase at 12:01 a.m., (Nov. 21) the new Nintendo DS video game system in North America at EB Games in the Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles, Nov. 20, 2004. The new dual-screen, hand-held video game system features a touch screen, voice recognition and wireless capabilities. Retailers expect to sell out of the 1 million Nintendo DS units in North America before the end of the year.
